How often should I have my home cleaned?

We work with weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and occasional clients. Your cleaning schedule is tailored to your needs and lifestyle. We offer special deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleanings as well.


What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Simply Spotless Cleaning  has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the areas we have cleaned, we will return within 24 hours to re-clean any areas you're not happy with.


How do you ensure the safety of my home?

We work out individual safety plans with each customer. You can be home to let our staff into your home, leave a key with a manager to be used for each cleaning or another option that you're comfortable with. Only a manager on our staff will have access to your key, if you choose to leave a key.

 


Is your company insured?

Yes, our company and its team members are insured in the unlikely event there are problems during a cleaning.

 


What if something gets broken?

Please point out any particularly expensive or priceless items to our staff. In the unlikely event any damage does occur, simply notify Simply Spotless Cleaning within 48 hours of the cleaning date and we will handle the situation to your satisfaction.

 


What are the cleaning rates?

Due to the nature of our customized service, rates and good faith estimates are quoted at the time of consultation. Please also ask about our referral discounts and frequent client discounts.

 


What is the cancellation policy?

We request 48-hour cancellation notice should you need to cancel your service.  Frequent cancellations may result in termination of service. We charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations less than 24 hours.

 


What forms of payment can I use?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  Payment is due at the time of service. We can also arrange automatic payments.

 


Will I have the same staff for each cleaning?

We are committed to send the same team each time we clean your home. All team members are U.S. citizens or legal residents and insured. All team members are thoroughly trained, extremely qualified, and very friendly.

 


How many people will clean my home?

Our teams generally include two team members.

 


What cleaning products will be used?

Our staff will use any cleaning supplies a client prefers, but we can provide supplies for you.


What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

We work all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day.  We will reschedule with all clients if your cleaning falls on these days.

 


What if I forget about my cleaning or forget to leave access to my home?

We charge a $50 lockout fee.
